Preparation For Sauna Use

Proper hydration and mineralization is imperative. Drinking plenty of pure clean water combined with citric fruit (lemons/lime/orange) and using pink himalayan mineral salt is will afford a sufficient cleansing sauna experience for the avid user.

Inexperienced sauna users should take precautions. We advise clients to have prior (verbal) authorization from wellness professional prior to using sauna. Being properly hydrated and mineralized is imperative.
